Every job Car Mirror Man does is guaranteed. The specific warranty depends on what you had done — because a piece of glass and a full electric mirror assembly are different things. Here's the plain-English version.
The short version
All work is guaranteed. Glass carries an unlimited warranty. Whole mirror units carry a 3-year warranty. Individual replacement parts carry a 12-month warranty. All warranty is on the workmanship and the parts — accident, impact, misuse and negligence are excluded.

What's excluded from every tier
- Impact and accident damage — anything that hits the mirror after we've installed it (stones, keys, other cars, kerbs, garage doors).
- Misuse — forcing the mirror, using it as a handle, incorrect folding for the mechanism.
- Negligence — leaving damage unrepaired that then propagates.
- Non-transferable — the warranty stays with you as the owner of the vehicle at time of install. It does not transfer to a new owner.
The plain-language promise
If we replaced a piece of glass and it fails on its own — cracks without impact, desilvers, delaminates, or falls off — we fix it, no time limit. Because glass, correctly installed, doesn't do that.
If we replaced a whole mirror unit and any component fails within 3 years — we fix it or replace it at no charge. Because we installed the whole thing and we stand behind it.
If we replaced one specific part (like the motor or the indicator) and that specific part fails within 12 months — we fix it or replace it. Anything else on the mirror is a separate job.
